Research Opportunities in Biology, Physiology and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disorders

One $80,000 Grant


The grant recipient is selected by an independent panel of physicians, and the grant is subject to the execution of a mutually acceptable agreement between the recipient and Anspach Companies. The results of research supported by this grant may be submitted for publication by the grant recipient, subject to prior review by Anspach Companies. The grant is provided by Anspach Companies and jointly sponsored by Anspach and AANS/CNS Joint Section on Cerebrovascular Surgery.


One $80,000 Grant is Available for Original Research Related to the Biology, Physiology and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disorders

Eligible applicants must:

  • complete their formal neurosurgical training by July 2011,
  • have been in academic staff positions for no longer than four years,
  • be a physician in a U.S. or a Canadian institution, and
  • hold a full-time academic position in a U.S. or a Canadian Neurosurgical department.
